Never miss a payment again by using our NEW Quick Pay loan payment center!

Access Quick Pay outside or inside MCU Internet Banking (Online Banking or Mobile Banking) or Pay by Phone. When using Quick Pay outside of Internet banking or Pay by Phone, you must answer identity verification questions.

Allow several days for Quick Pay transfers from other US financial institutions to post to your Monterey Credit Union due to the other institution's processing of your request.

Digital Banking

Inside MCU Internet Banking, you can make an internal transfer from a MCU account or an external transfer from another U.S. based financial institution to your Monterey Credit Union loan. It's an easy way to make your auto, home equity or homel loan payment 24 hours a day!

Internal Transfers from your MCU checking or savings account to your MCU loan will be credited to your loan immediately.

Pay by Phone

Pay by Phone allows you to make an MCU loan payment over the phone with a MCU representative during business hours by internal transfer or external transfer. Internal transfers from your MCU account are credited to your MCU loan immediately. To pay by phone, please call our Teleservices Department at (831) 647-1000, Monday-Friday, 9:30 am to 5:30 pm (PT).

Automatic Loan Payments

You can also set up a monthly recurring automatic payment to your MCU loan from your account with another U.S. based financial institution. To do this, please fill out the Debit Authorization Form and fax the completed form to (831) 646-5471, or mail it to Monterey Credit Union, PO Box 3288, Monterey, CA 93942, Attn: ACH. ACH payments generally take 30 days to set up before the first payment is processed.
